Overhanging a chemical-free swim up dam, professionally designed for human swimmers and biodiversity, with pumps and injectors to ensure high oxygen levels and a constant water flow. There will be six Overwater Villas, each with 3 bedrooms, featuring an open plan kitchen, dining and living room area opening out to a deck with direct access to the dam via a ladder.

The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Eco Villa is perfect for longer stays with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. These new villas are spaciously placed in a secluded and quiet area in amongst the cool canopy of existing paperbark trees. The Eco Villas can only be accessed by foot or wheelchair along a boardwalk. Each villa has a dedicated car spot within the Eco Villa parking area at the start of the boardwalk, so the forest area remains peaceful. The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Eco Villa includes an open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with Smart TV, opening out to a private alfresco dining area for outdoor meals. Sleeping 4, the villa features a king and queen bed.

The 3 Bedroom Deluxe Eco Villa is perfect for longer family stays with three separate bedrooms. These new villas are spaciously placed in a secluded and quiet area in amongst the cool canopy of existing trees. No guest vehicles are permitted beyond the Eco Villa parking area which ensures added safety for children playing in the area; boardwalk access to each villa. This Villa includes a separate open plan kitchen, dining area and living room with TV opening out to a private alfresco dining area for outdoor family meals. The villa sleeps 10 in total and features a king bed, queen bed and two bunks beds each with a trundle and two bathrooms.

The Luxury Safari Tents are a unique way to camp in style with your significant other. Sleeping 2, these beautiful tents feature an air conditioner, Queen Bed and ensuite bathroom with a bath, large shower and separate toilet. The luxurious tent also has an open plan living area with a Smart TV and fridge opening out to a private alfresco dining area with a kitchenette, perfect for intimate outdoor dining with water views.

The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Villa is one of a kind and perfect for couples or families who desire their own privacy. Sleeping 4 with a King bed and Queen bed each with their own ensuite; an ideal option for those holidaying with another couple or those wanting more privacy. The 2 Bedroom Deluxe Waterview 2 Storey Villa is a spacious two-storey coastal abode with everything you’ll need for a stay on the shores of Sandstone Point. The second floor offers a Queen bed and a King bed that can be split into two singles, each bedroom has its own ensuite. The ground floor offers an immaculate open plan kitchen, dining and living space which opens out to a private alfresco deck overlooking stunning water-views.

The Studio Villa features everything one would need for a longer family stay, sleeping 5 with a Queen bed and a bunk with a trundle for the kids. The Studio Villa has its own bathroom as well as an open plan kitchenette, living room with TV and dining area. Adding to the convenience, the villa has its own alfresco dining area for outdoor family meals.

The 4 Bedroom Villa was designed for larger groups and perfectly accommodates 12 people within the double storey building. The upper level features a Queen bed, King bed that can be split and two double bunks with a trundle as well as an open plan dining, living and kitchen area opening out to a balcony with water views of Moreton Bay’s most iconic waterway, Pumicestone Passage. The ground level offers a Queen bed with an ensuite as well as an open plan dining, living and kitchen area opening out to a private alfresco deck, ideal for family meals.
